Dear Mr. Palmer,

We wanted to express our appreciation for all the assistance you recently gave in our purchase of a unit at the Village of South Walton. You were
accommodating in every meeting and provided all the information we requested. Each time we contacted you we were impressed with how quickly you responded either by phone or email. When it wasn't convenient for us to meet others related to the sale, you offered to send us pictures and video, and even meet with inspectors. We especially appreciated the random pictures and articles of the beach that you sent throughout the time you worked with us.

Everything went smoothly at the closing largely because of your coordination. But that wasn't the end! For example, when we discovered that
the microwave tray was missing, you took it upon yourself to have one ordered for us.

The BP oil spill incident in the Gulf occurred soon after our decision to purchase the condo and the current developments in that crisis are
displeasing. However, we are very pleased and positive about the future because we look forward to the relationships we will forge with people like yourself. There are many great assets here!
